If a classroom opening is available, new students will be accepted as a candidate for admission upon completion of the following procedures:

  • All grade one students must be six years old by October 15 of the First Grade school year

  • Submit a transfer slip from the previous school

  • Submit a copy of the child's birth certificate

  • Submit a copy of the child's most recent report card

  • Submit a copy of the child's baptismal certificate if the child was not baptized in our parish

  • Submit a copy of the original PA Immunization card from the previous school (if applicable)

  • Participate in a student and parent interview with the Principal (Grades 6-8)

  • Presentation of any physical or mental disabilities information by the parents/guardian

  • At the discretion of the Principal, a student may be required to take an entrance test to assess background knowledge

  • Parents may be requested to obtain tutoring assistance for their child if there is an apparent need that such help would ease the academic transition between schools

  • Payment of a non-refundable registration fee

Admission is not final until all requested records have been received from the previous school and reviewed. Upon record review, all new students will be accepted on a probationary basis for the first semester of the school year. Student academic and behavioral adaptation and progress will be monitored during this time. Any student who, after admission, does not perform satisfactorily may be required to withdraw from the school.
