September 6, 2018 Newsletter

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Although the beginning of the school year can be a period of adjustment, the students seem to be settling in nicely to the routine of school as we near the end of our second week. The beginning of the school year also means lots of paperwork for parents, so please take the time to go through your child’s blue home folder, so you don’t miss any important information that is coming home. Stay connected to your child’s classroom by signing up for the teacher’s Schoolnotes or Bloomz account. Your child’s teacher will provide more specific information about their class at Back to School Night on Tuesday, September 11, so be sure to attend this important event. We hope to see everyone there!

Sincerely,
Mrs. Danielle Frio

Cougar Crawl 2018

Cougar Crawl 2018 planning is already underway. This year Kristen Bedics and Tiffany Gallis will be heading up our committee. As you know, this is a big fundraising event for our school. All Cougar Crawl activities and requirements will be rolled out in a step by step fashion to increase productivity and participation from all of our school families.

Step one is our Business and Corporate Sponsorship opportunity. Do you know someone who owns a business? Do you frequent your local ice cream or pizza shop? Do you want to help advertise your favorite pediatrician or dentist? This is where YOU, the OLPH families can participate in outreach to potential business sponsors. Show how proud you are of OLPH and its future by asking for sponsorship/donation for our 2018 Cougar Crawl. Highlight things you love about Our Lady and also what the different sponsorship levels can do for their business. See the attached information.

Stay tuned for more information on Step 2: Family and Friends Sponsorships and Mass Canning opportunities.
