Prospective parents and students are welcome to schedule a personal tour any time with our principal, Danielle Frio. Tours are available on weekdays from 9am - 2pm or after school hours starting at 3:30pm as permitted by Mrs. Frio's schedule. Tours usually last about an hour.

For prospective kindergarten students, enrollment opens mid October for the following school year. We encourage you to tour and apply early as we do fill up quickly.

For grades 1-8, we enroll current families first and then open enrollment to those outside the Our Lady Family in January. We have rolling enrollment as long as a class in not at capacity. Once classes reach capacity, your child can be put on a waitlist until a spot becomes available.

We offer acceptance to families of all faiths. OLPH students receive instruction in the Catholic religion daily and students in Grades 1-8 attend mass weekly.

After academic records are reviewed, assessments may be needed in grades 1-4 to determine your child's readiness. Grades 5-8th may be asked to take assessments to ensure they are placed in the correct level of math and reading.

All pre-school age students will be screened for kindergarten readiness in the spring.

All classrooms use differentiated instruction to challenge students who excel academically. Beginning in fifth grade an advanced literature class is offered. Advanced math, Pre-algebra, and Algebra 1 are offered starting in sixth grade. Determination is based upon the student's grades from the previous year as well as standardized test scores.

Academic support staff is available at all levels for those requiring additional help. These teachers can push into the classroom or pull students out as needed for support. Additional support can be obtained from the Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 NPSS Support Teacher.

All students beginning in first grade must wear the required uniform purchased from Flynn O'Hara. Students in kindergarten have no required uniform.

The school day begins at 8:25am and ends at 3:00pm. Morning drop off is from 8:05-8:25am.

Morning care is offered starting at 7:30am. After school, students can attend the Extended Care program until 6pm. See the Extended Care page for additional information.

Transportation is provided by your local school district. Districts that bus to us include: Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Northampton, Nazareth, Pen Argyl, Saucon Valley, Southern Lehigh, and Wilson.

Additional yearly fees include:

• Student Supply Fee (this amount varies depending upon your grade level)
• Home School Association fee of $125 (due in September)
• Re-registration fees (due upon re-enrollment to secure spot in the upcoming school year)
• Dollars For Scholars gift card purchase requirement (see Dollars for Scholars page for more details)

Yes, we offer enrollment incentives even if you do not qualify for financial aid.
