Mrs. Ward is our proud 2nd Grade Teacher’s Aide since 2008. She helps with many different projects and activities at school. Mrs. Ward belongs to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church since 1983.

Mrs. Ward has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Commercial Design from Kutztown University. After graduating from college, Mrs. Ward worked at Lonardo Advertising Agency. In 1982, she started working at The Express-Times newspaper as a graphic artist for news until 1999, when she stayed home to raise her youngest son, Alex. In 2004, when he started school at Our Lady, she enjoyed volunteering in many ways, especially with Tricky Tray.

Mrs. Ward loves teaching at Our Lady because of the ability to share the same Catholic values with the students, teachers, and staff. This is compounded by many wonderful and priceless friendships, interactions, and memories. Mrs. Ward has grown up in Catholic schools from Most Blessed Sacrament School in Bally to Saint Francis High School in Bethlehem and wanted her son to have the same quality of values and education.

Mrs. Ward’s husband is Jeff, who is a great “field trip” planner, discovering new places for them to see. They have two sons, Dane who lives in Florida with his wife Ana and daughter Olivia, and Alex who lives in Pittsburgh. Mrs. Ward also loves to do many different kinds of art projects, most recently pottery, and loves gardening and taking long walks with her husband. Mrs. Ward grew up on a dairy farm in Berks County with 9 siblings, one of whom is Father Andy at Holy Infancy. That number has lovingly grown since everyone started their families which makes getting together always fun!
